CHIPOLOPOLO COACH TO CONDUCT GOALKEEPER’S COURSE FOR SUPER LEAGUE COACHES


Zambia National Soccer Team coach Milutin Sredojevic says his technical bench will start conducting goalkeeper’s training for the Chipolopolo as well as Super League team coaches.

The Serbian gaffer popularly known as Micho says his goalkeeper trainer Miroslav Stojnic will conduct a goalkeeper’s course for coaches in the Zambian League once the Covid-19 subsides.
He also says that a nursery of prospective goalkeepers had been established with 10 candidates working with the technical bench regularly.

Micho added that long-serving Chipolopolo goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene, whom he called a legend, deserves an honourable send-off from the game for his contribution over the years.

Micho took over the reins of the Chipolopolo job on February 3, 2020 and has not let even the Covid-19 threat from getting down to work.

PRISON LEOPARDS FOOTBALL CLUB UNVEILS REDESIGNED LOGO

Kabwe based National Division side Prison Leopards Football Club has announced that effected some changes on the Club's logo with immediate effect. According to statement, the Prisons Leopards Media Officer Kingsley Kunda says this is in a bid to align it to its main sponsors the Zambia Correctional Service and as a way of showing identity of the sponsors through the new emblem. The new changes include the replacement of the Leopard with an eagle in an effort to depict the image of both the club and the service and also to rebrand the logo to give it a new outlook.

FIFA lifts Nkana’s transfer ban
