WEEK 21 FIXTURES CONFIRMED!

 

After the midweek fixtures, the action in the Zambian Super League will be back on Saturday and Sunday as Napsa Stars welcome Buildcon to Lusaka while Zanaco have a big fixture against Nkana at Sunset Stadium.

Kitwe United will be seeking revenge against Green Eagles on Saturday in Kitwe while Green Buffaloes will be playing Nkwazi in a Lusaka derby.

Power Dynamos have big date against Red Arrows this at Arthur Davies on Sunday.

"We started AFCON Qualifiers without a substantive coach," Kamanga regrets

  Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga says it is regrettable that the Chipolopolo started the campaign without a substantive coach in place which saw them lose the first two matches against Algeria away and against Zimbabwe in the AFCON Qualifiers. In his President Column, Kamanga says the Association’s efforts to recruit a coach suffered serious resistance leaving the Football governing body to rely on local coaches that oversaw the first two matches. Dan Kabwe expresses concerns over Silver Strikers goal conversion rate

  Lucky Mwewa Chama | 03-04-22 TNM Super League side Silver Strikers coach Dan Kabwe has noted that the team has been creating many chances which they have not been converting. Reacting to Sunday’s 2-1 win over Mighty Wanderers, Kabwe says the Bankers are good to go after collecting three points following a loss to Blue Eagles in their previous encounter. Kabwe described Sunday’s match as tactical game but was pleased that the team managed to prevail. He said: “We are coming from a loss and the one today was a very tactical game, but we prevailed. We are good to go after collecting three points. We created so many chances, but our problem is scoring.
