SUPER LEAGUE WEEK 21 FIXTURES, TWO LIVE MATCHES


The Zambian Super League this weekend enters Week 21 with SuperSport showing two lives matches on Saturday and Sunday.

Third placed Nkana Football Club will host second placed Forest Rangers as Kalampa seeks revenge against Fole Malembe who beat them in the reverse fixture played at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium. The match will be beamed live from Nkana Stadium.


On Sunday, Power Dynamos will play host to Zesco United in the much anticipated encounter as Aba Yellow seek ABSA Cup qualification with a win over defending champions at the Arthur Davies Stadium.

"We started AFCON Qualifiers without a substantive coach," Kamanga regrets

  Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga says it is regrettable that the Chipolopolo started the campaign without a substantive coach in place which saw them lose the first two matches against Algeria away and against Zimbabwe in the AFCON Qualifiers. In his President Column, Kamanga says the Association’s efforts to recruit a coach suffered serious resistance leaving the Football governing body to rely on local coaches that oversaw the first two matches. Dan Kabwe expresses concerns over Silver Strikers goal conversion rate

  Lucky Mwewa Chama | 03-04-22 TNM Super League side Silver Strikers coach Dan Kabwe has noted that the team has been creating many chances which they have not been converting. Reacting to Sunday’s 2-1 win over Mighty Wanderers, Kabwe says the Bankers are good to go after collecting three points following a loss to Blue Eagles in their previous encounter. Kabwe described Sunday’s match as tactical game but was pleased that the team managed to prevail. He said: “We are coming from a loss and the one today was a very tactical game, but we prevailed.
