Forest Rangers have extended their dominance over Nkana Football Club to six wins on the run with a 2-1 win over the defending champions this afternoon.
In a match played at
the Nkana stadium in Kitwe, Forest Rangers opened the scores through Yan Daily
Echabe in the 14th minute before Nkana forward Emmanuel Mwiinde
restored parity for Nkana four minutes later.
Newly signed Forest
Rangers striker Thomas Chideu opened his goal scoring account for the Ndola
based side in the 32nd minute to give Fole the lead at the break.
Both teams, continued to press forward in the second half with Fole Malembe holding on to the lead which has seen them break into the top four to sit in third position with 35 points while Nkana remain in 16th position with 21 points from 19 League matches.
