"We must remain focused," Napsa Stars coach

Napsa Stars FC Head Coach Muhamad Fathi has said the team must remain focused ahead of three other Group games remaining in the CAF Confederations Cup.

Fathi says the team has to keep focus as there are still three more games to go in the group and that everything is possible in football.

“We have to keep focus; we still have three games to go and everything is possible in football.”

Fathi attributed his side’s 1-nil loss to Coton Sport of Cameroon on Sunday to a lapse in defence and a series of missed chances.

We are not regretting, it’s just the name of the game but it’s painful when we have a lot of chances but at the end of the day, we lost the game,” said Fathi.

NAPSA Stars lost 1-0 to Coton Sport via a 16th minute close range goal by Daman Abdouraman to remain bottom of Group B with a point, five behind leaders Coton Sport

Second and third positions are currently being occupied by JS Kabylie and RS Berkane respectively who could not be separated at the Stade Municipal de Berkane on Sunday evening.

The pensioners’ next match will be away in Cameroon against Coton Sport on Sunday April 11.
